The Union House is located on US Hwy 12 midway between Chicago and Detroit. We are just 5 minutes north of Indiana Toll Road Exit 96 at Elkhart East or 45 minutes south of I-94 via US 131.

From 80/90 Toll Road
Take Exit 96 - Elkhart East
At stop light turn right (North) onto CR 17 - go 3 miles
Turn Left (West) onto US Hwy 12 - go 1/4 mile

From I-94
Take Exit 74-A onto US 131 South
Follow US 131 South to US 12
Turn Right (West) on US 12 - go 12 miles

Reservations
A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. If a cancellation takes place with less than a seven (7) day notice, we reserve the right to keep the deposit unless we can book your room to another guest. A $10 handling fee will be charged for all cancellations.
